§ 70.19 DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate or attempt to drive or operate any vehicle or motor vehicle upon any of the public streets, alleys or public grounds of the city while such person is in an intoxicated or drunken condition or under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
