§ 70.17 RIDING ON RUNNING BOARDS, HOOD OR FENDERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning or driving or in charge of a motor vehicle to allow or permit any person to ride upon the running boards or on the outside of any such motor vehicle, or for any person to ride upon the running board or outside of any motor vehicle.
