Every driver of a vehicle turning into another highway, street or alley to the left shall at a distance of ten feet before entering intersection signal his or her intention so as to be plainly visible to any driver of vehicles in the rear, and shall, whenever possible, turn to the left of the center of the intersection of the two streets or highway, unless otherwise marked.
