§ 70.08 ELECTRIC HEAD LIGHTS.
   It shall be unlawful to use electric head lights or side lights upon any vehicle upon any of the streets or alleys in the city unless the same are dimmed in such a manner as to prevent the light being dazzling or blinding to persons using the street.
