The regulatory provisions of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto are adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are incorporated in and made a part of this title as completely as if set out here in full.
