§ 53.04  PENALTIES AND REMEDIES FOR DELINQUENCIES. 
   Penalties and remedies for late payments or nonpayment of billings are the same as those applicable to billings for water and sanitary sewer service.  (See §§ 51.51, 52.114 and 52.115.)
