§ 33.03  CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The Chief shall have control over the Police Department under the supervision of the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The Chief shall keep the Board of Commissioners informed of the Department’s activities and make such reports that the Board of Commissioners may from time to time require, and he or she shall perform such other duties as may be required of him or her by the Board.
