§ 33.02  BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO HAVE CONTROL.
   (A)   The Town Manager shall have general supervision over the Police Department.
   (B)   The Town Manager may suspend, for good cause, any member of the Police Department until the next regular meeting, at which time final disposition shall be made.
