§ 73.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every bicycle operated within the corporate limits of the town shall be registered with the Town Clerk-Treasurer, on or before December 30 each year.
   (B)   The registration shall include the name of the owner, the make, model, and serial number of the bicycle, and the date of purchase or acquisition.
