(A) The driver of any vehicle shall not drive over any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway, nor park within a sidewalk area. No vehicle shall be driven over or across the curb of any street except as above provided.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to go upon any sidewalk with any vehicle or animal except in the necessary act of crossing that sidewalk, and it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ride upon any sidewalk in the town upon any bicycle, motorcycle, horse, mule, pony, ox, cow, wagon, or buggy, or other vehicle propelled by man or beast or by mechanical power.
