§ 70.33 FAILURE TO APPEAR; COMPLAINT FILED.
   If a violator of the restrictions on stopping, standing, or parking under this title or other ordinances relating to traffic of this town, does not appear in response to the notice affixed to the vehicle within a period of 72 hours, a complaint shall be filed and a warrant of arrest issued.
