§ 70.31 NOTIFICATION FORMS.
   (A)   The Town Council shall provide in quadruplicate, suitable, serially numbered forms for notifying violators to appear and answer to the charges of violating traffic laws and ordinances.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall report each month to the Town Council the disposal made by the town of all arrest forms issued.
