(A) In the event that the Town Council shall, by resolution, deem the addition to be unwise or improper, then the signs shall be immediately removed.
(B) Unless and until the Town Council disapproves of the proposed addition or modification of the schedules, then the Clerk-Treasurer and\or the Building Official may maintain the signs for any period he or she deems sufficient to properly evaluate the effects and benefits of the addition or modification to the schedules, not to exceed one year.
