§ 70.03 ACCEPTED LOCAL ROADS AND STREETS.

   (A)   The roads and streets listed in Chapter 75, Schedule V have been accepted by the town and certified by the state.

   (B)   The roads and streets listed in Chapter 75, Schedule VI are all other streets not listed as certified within the town.

   (C)   Additional streets may be added, as the town deems necessary, per an amendment to the schedules named above.
