(A) Residents violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(1) Violators shall be given a written warning for the initial violation.
(2) A penalty fine will be imposed for each subsequent violation.
(B) Violators shall in addition be liable for attorney fees involved in enforcing this chapter and any past due collection arrearages.
(C) Violators of §§ 51.15 and 51.16, garbage pickup collection receptacle policies and requirements shall be issued a warning citation for the first violation in a calendar year, and a $50 fine for each violation thereafter. Each subsequent day of a violation will result in a fine for each day. In the event legal proceedings are required to be commenced, violator(s) shall pay all costs of said proceedings, including attorney fees of the town incurred.
