Garbage receptacles, related containers, and any other refuse items, shall not be paced at the curb of the residential address more than 24-hours prior to a regularly scheduled garbage pickup. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the resident for whom garbage service is provided to remove all garbage receptacles, related containers, and remaining refuse items from the curb of the residential address within 24-hours of the regularly scheduled and completed garbage pickup.
