§ 157.015 SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUIRED.
   No communications facility may be located in any zoning district in the town unless a special exception has been granted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 156, and in accordance with this chapter and the code of ordinances of the Town of Winfield. In addition, any application for a special exception of a communications facility shall be subject to the requirements listed in §§ 157.016 through 157.018.
