§ 157.016 LOCATION OF COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES

   (A)   A communications facility may be located only in the following zoning districts:

      (1)   AG-BAgriculture Business;

      (2)   C-1Neighborhood Commercial;

      (3)   C-2Office Commercial;

      (4)   C-3General Commercial;

      (5)   M-1Light Manufacturing.

   (B)   Under no circumstances shall a communications facility be allowed within the boundaries of a recorded residential subdivision.
