§ 150.26 PLAN COMMISSION FEES.

   (A)   Zoning Map amendment application fees. A Zoning Map amendment application requires a Plan Commission public hearing and Town Council consideration.

   Any additional TAC or primary/secondary plat meetings in excess of one shall be charged to developer at the above rates for each meeting. In the event the engineering review fee (application permit/fee) does not cover the town’s actual cost of review, the town shall charge developer additional fees for this service based upon the actual costs incurred.

   (C)   Subdivision permit application fees for AG-B districts. A subdivision permit application requires a Plan Commission public hearing.

   (G)   Payment required. No application allowed by this § 150.26 shall be accepted for processing by the town until all outstanding fees, fines, engineering fees, or any other costs due the town of from the applicant are paid in full by the applicant.
