§ 150.26 PLAN COMMISSION FEES.
   (A)   Zoning Map amendment application fees. A Zoning Map amendment application requires a Plan Commission public hearing and Town Council consideration.

   (G)   Payment required. No application allowed by this § 150.26 shall be accepted for processing by the town until all outstanding fees, fines, engineering fees, or any other costs due the town of from the applicant are paid in full by the applicant.
