§ 74.67 BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS TO PROVIDE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES.
   Each business establishment required to provide parking spaces for the handicapped shall not permit parking in those designated spaces by vehicles not displaying a handicapped parking permit. Any person or business violating this section shall be subject to a fine as imposed by the Town Council or its designated personnel.
