Each business establishment, hospital, school, church, library, state, federal, or city structure required by the town Fire Chief or the Building Official to provide a fire lane or lanes shall not permit parking or other obstructions in its designated fire lanes. Any person or firm violating this section shall be subject to a fine as imposed by the town Fire Department or the town’s Building Department, to be paid to the town’s General Fund.
