§ 74.38 PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets described in Chapter 76, Schedule I of this code.
   (B)   Parking is prohibited at all times in the following areas:
      (1)   In front of public buildings when signs or curb markings so prohibit; and
      (2)   Any place where signs or curb markings so indicate.
