From and after the taking effect of this subchapter, the areas and portions of streets and highways as shall be designated by the Town Council and as posted shall be known as permanent freight loading zones, and no person shall stop and park a vehicle for any purpose or for any period of time in any of these zones except for the expeditious loading or unloading of freight and merchandise.
