§ 74.01 STAND OR PARK CLOSE TO CURB.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle on a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of the lawful traffic movement and with the right hand wheels within 12 inches of the curb or the edge of the roadway, except as otherwise provided in the following paragraphs and in this title.
