(a) No person shall park on the streets or alleys of the Town, any type truck, van, semi-trailer, pole trailer, low boy type trailer, tank truck, house trailer, camper trailer or any other type vehicle which is referred to as more than a 3/4 ton or exceeds 8000 # G.V.W., except for the purpose of actually loading or unloading in connection with their business, and even then the time allowed will be held to a minimum.
(b) It shall be unlawful to park any dozer, hi-lift, end loader, crane, back-hoe, dump truck, tractor, tank truck, tandem trailer, grader, or any type construction equipment on any street or alley right of way in the Town of Winfield, except while actually doing work for the Town, or by first obtaining a permit from the Mayor. Cost of permit shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each piece of equipment involved.
