(a) The Municipal Judge shall collect on behalf of the Town such court costs, fees and/or fines as authorized by state law and these Codified Ordinances.
(b) The Municipal Judge, in his or her discretion, may collect costs or fees on behalf of the Town pursuant to guidelines adopted by the Municipal Court and filed with the Town Recorder for elective alternative traffic schools and for jail fees.
