171.14 EXECUTION FOR FINES, PENALTIES.

The Municipal Court Judge shall have the power to issue executions for all fines, penalties and costs imposed by the Municipal Court, or the Municipal Court may require the immediate payment thereof. In default of such immediate payment, the Municipal Court may commit the party so in default to imprisonment, in such case not to exceed thirty (30) days
