149.04 PROHIBITION OF ELECTED TOWN OFFICIAL FROM SERVING AS EMPLOYEE OR PAID APPOINTEE OF TOWN.
   No elected Town official of the Town of Winfield shall serve as an paid employee or paid appointee of the Town.
