143.04 STAFF.

The duly authorized staff and employees of the Town of Winfield Planning Commission shall be authorized to act for the Town of Winfield in the administration, management and enforcement of all duly adopted regulations, ordinances and codes and shall submit a monthly report to the Town Council on the progress and status of their activities.
