143.03 ORDINANCES, REGULATION AND CODES.

Any and all regulations, ordinance and codes regarding the control of land use(s) and land use development adopted by the Town of Winfield including, but not limited to, Subdivision Regulations, Floodplain Management Ordinance, Improvement Location Permit Ordinance, and Salvage Yard Ordinance shall be in full force and effect in the Town of Winfield pursuant to the requirements of W.Va. Code Section 8A-2-1, et seq.
