143.02 DESIGNATING THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Town of Winfield Planning Commission is authorized and designated to serve and act as the Planning Commission for the Town of Winfield in accordance with the provisions of W.Va. Code Section 8A-2-1. (Ord. 1999-00-08. Passed 11-9-99.)
