141.01 VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

(a) The Town Council of the Town of Winfield hereby recognizes the Winfield Volunteer Fire Department as the official firefighting agency in the corporation.

(b) This Municipality may contribute financially to its Fire Department.
