The condemnation of real estate for roads, streets, alleys, drains, and gutters in said corporation, shall be as prescribed in Chapter Forty-Two of the Code of West Virginia, and shall be at the expense of the corporation. And it is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that the Council of the Town of Winfield, out of the funds of said Corporation provide for the payment of the costs of this proceeding. And there being nothing further to be done in this matter the same
is ordered to be retired from the docket.
