SECTION 6 ELECTION DATE.

The officers in said Town shall be elected on the Second Tuesday of June every two years beginning on the 12th day June 2001, and on the second Tuesday of June every two (2) years thereafter, at such place in the Town under such supervision, rules and regulations prescribed by the Town Council in accordance with the prevailing laws regarding municipal elections as prescribed by the State of West Virginia.
