SECTION 5 TERMS OF OFFICE.

The officers elected in said Town shall hold their offices until their successors are elected and qualified. The terms of all offices in said Town shall commence on the 1st day of July in year of election and shall be for two (2) years and until their successors are elected and qualified according to law.
