No person shall smoke a cigarette, pipe, cigar, vape product, or implement of any nature, designed, used or employed for smoking any tobacco or alternative tobacco product, or use any tobacco product in any building or part thereof used for instructional purposes, or any lot or grounds of any such school of this state while such school is occupied for school purposes. Any person convicted of such will be charged with a misdemeanor and shall be punished for each offense by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00).
