529.032 ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTERS PROHIBITED.

Addiction Treatment Centers shall be prohibited within the City of Winfield. Addiction Treatment Centers shall include entities that utilize prescription medications (e.g. Suboxone) as a method to treatment addiction. This section does not include organizations of informal meetings where group discussions and counseling are utilized without prescribing narcotics.
