105.06 PREPARATION OF BALLOT; PUBLICATION OF CANDIDATES AND ISSUES TO BE VOTED ON.

The Clerk of Putnam County shall prepare the ballot for the election of City officers and other issues to be voted on. The Clerk of Putnam County shall also make publication of all candidates and issues to be voted upon in accordance with the laws of the State as well as the regulations promulgated by the West Virginia Secretary of State.
