105.04 APPLICABILITY OF STATE ELECTION LAWS.

Pursuant to the provisions of West Va. Code 8-5-14 and Chapter 3, referring more particularly to general elections, shall, in so much as they can be applied, govern the conduct of elections for the City as administered.
