(a) A licensed manufactured home installer is a contractor licensed to install manufactured homes in West Virginia as set forth in the West Virginia State Code. All mobile homes and manufactured homes in the Town of Winfield are required to be installed and/or removed by a licensed manufactured home installer.
(b) Any individual proposing to install and/or remove a mobile home in the Town of Winfield shall be required to obtain a proper Building Permit and as a part of said Building permit, identify the name and address and also provide a copy of the license of the manufactured mobile home installer who is to perform the services of installing or removing the said mobile home. Any installer or removal of mobile homes/manufactured homes shall be required to obtain a license pursuant to Section 721.01 et. seq. of the Town of Winfield Codified Ordinances.
(c) All installation/removal of mobile homes shall comply with all requirements of the West Virginia State Code and Winfield Town Ordinances.
(d) The fee for installation shall be sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per mobile home installation.
