741.44 DEDICATION OF B&O FUNDS.

The first one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) received in B&O tax revenues each year shall be dedicated and transferred to the Municipal Building Commission to be used for infrastructure projects and capital improvements in the Town of Winfield.
