(a) The granting of a permit or approval of a subdivision plan in the identified flood prone area(s) shall meet the guidelines of Article 1705 and shall not constitute a representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind by the Town or by any official or employee thereof of the practicability or safety of the proposed use and shall create no liability upon the Town, its officials or employees.
(b) The granting of a permit or approval of a subdivision plan shall meet the guidelines of Article 1301 and shall not constitute a representation, guarantee or warranty of any kind by the Town or by any official or employee thereof of the practicability or safety of the proposed use and shall create no liability upon the Town, its officials or employees.
