Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this article and who refuses to comply with any lawful order of the Town of Winfield demanding compliance with the terms of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each day such non-compliance continues after service of such lawful order upon such person, firm, or corporation or after the date specified in such lawful order to effect such compliance, which ever is later, shall be subject to a fine of one Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day of non-compliance.
