1709.09 BUSINESS LICENSE.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, or corporation to establish, maintain, operate or conduct, within the Town of Winfield, West Virginia any manufactured or factory built home park unless such person, persons, firm or corporation shall first obtain a business license as provided for in the Town Code.
