All provisions, standards and requirements applicable to demolition involving asbestos abatement and removal and any other abatement or removal of asbestos contained in and published by the Building Officials and Code Administration International and the Council of American Building Officials, as outlined in Section 1701.01(b) of the Codified Ordinance of the Town of Winfield shall have the same force and effect as if set out verbatim in this section and the requirements thereof shall be required of all individuals and entities involved in such activity in the Town of Winfield.
