1379.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   A Board of Zoning Appeals shall be established in accordance with Article 24 (Chapter 8-24-51 et. seq.), of the Code of West Virginia. The word "Board" in this article shall mean the Board of Zoning Appeals.
