The following minimum lot sizes shall be required:
(a) Non-residential uses No minimum (b) Single-family dwelling 5,000 square feet (c) Duplex dwelling 6,000 square feet (d) Triplex (3 unit) dwelling 9,000 square feet (e) Each additional unit over 3 1,200 square feet (f) Bed & Breakfast 6,000 square feet (g) Rooming house 6,000 square feet |
