1347.05 INTENSITY OF USE.
   The following minimum lots areas shall be required:
   (a)   Single-family dwelling      6,000 square feet
(See also Article 1373 Nonconforming Uses)
   (b)   The lot shall have a minimum 60-foot frontage.
