1345.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS.

   The area illustrated in the "Zoning Maps for the Town of Winfield" (see Appendix A), is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

   (a)   Residential District:

         R-1 Single Family Residential

         R-2 Mixed Residential

         M-1 Manufactured Housing

   (b)   Commercial District:

         C-1 Suburban Commercial District

         C-2 High Density Commercial District
