1313.03 MINIMUM RIGHTS-OF-WAY WIDTHS.
   The minimum rights-of-way widths shall be:
   (a)   Local streets - Forty (40) feet or thirty (30) feet when only one side of the street will have lot frontages;
   (b)   Minor streets - Forty (40) feet.
   (c)   Alleys - Twelve (12) feet;
   (d)   Service or frontage roads - Twenty (20) feet.
